Senior Care Innovations at Health Plus Care
For the past two days, and just one week after IFSEC was over, we have been busy attending Health Plus Care in London, one of the largest and most important integrated care conferences in Europe. Health Plus Care aims to bring social care and health professionals together to look for new productive ways of working and forge partnerships that will benefit the healthcare sector.
Since senior care is a very important field within the health and care sector, we have taken this opportunity to introduce our enhanced smart care solution Care@Home into the UK market. Care@Home is an end-to-end solution for healthcare service providers that aims to help elderly people age in place safely, with full confidence and peace of mind for themselves and for their loved ones, thanks to a smart, non-obtrusive, remote monitoring solution based on PERS (Personal Emergency Response System) technology.
The show has also given us the opportunity to showcase the latest innovations we have incorporated to the Care@Home suite, such as the recently awarded Voice Panic Detector, a device that helps solve all the flaws of traditional panic buttons by using Intelligent Voice Activation technology, thus removing the need to push any buttons, adding an extra layer of security to traditional aging in place devices.
We are very happy with the reception our smart care solution has had at Health Plus Care, with many people coming to our stand to learn more about our products and request live-demos to see them in action. On the first day of the event we also held a Happy Hour at the booth, which was a lot of fun!
This has also been a very good chance to exchange views and opinions with some experts in the healthcare field and attend some very enriching and insightful conferences, so we can say these two days have been a very positive experience for us. We hope to come back next year!
